Carr led all the way on the Cameron Thompson-trained Medard in the opening race before scoring on Edwin Batt’s new stable member Knitting in the second.
She brought up her third win on the Bill Ryan-trained Sh’bourne Star in Race 7 and rounded out the night with a win on Sentry Duty for Adrian Duggan in Race 8.
Cameron Thompson made it a double when Concentrate won the second-last, this time with Hayley McCarthy in the saddle.
The 10-race program was rescheduled to Anzac Eve from last Sunday to coincide with a meeting in Singapore.
Its success will have Tasmanian Turf Club officials looking to repeat the exercise next year.
