The victory leapfrogged the Zebras over traditional rivals Launceston City in the early race for the state title.
City has proven the only undefeated side from five rounds, including three wins prior to Saturday’s home draw against reigning NPL champions South Hobart.
Despite a shock 5-0 defeat to lowly Kingborough Lions, the competition favourites secured three points for a fourth time to commemorate the special Anzac Day clash.
The Zebras had bounced back from a first-half deficit.
Jake Vandermey struck from the spot at North Hobart Oval after Olympia earned a 35th minute penalty.
But unstoppable Czech Jakub Skenlar changed the game shortly after the break.
The 27-year-old striker struck twice inside just three minutes to steal the lead in the 58th minute.
Skenlar rocketed his shot after showing fine touch to take the ball away from the Warriors defence. He then capitalised on a poor back pass to stroke in the second.
The Zebras sealed the result two minutes from injury time when Mathew Sanders volleyed a pass from Canadian Iskander Van Doorne.
