The Beaconsfield Youth and Community Festival aims to celebrate the region’s youth with fun activities for all ages.
On offer will be a watermelon eating contest, a ninja warrior course, and a skate and scooter competition, and challenges for youth groups.
Also at the festival will be Launceston Tornadoes and Launceston and Tamar Demons Football Clubs alongside Devil Archery, jousting, bubble soccer, and more.
Live music by Awkward Silence, The Fergusons, High Tempo, Serenity Jones, and Taiko Drummers will entertain crowds.
Youth services will be in attendance at the event, alongside Beaconsfield House, Beaconsfield Child and Family Centre, and Beaconsfield Fire Brigade.
The festival will run from 2.30pm to 6.30pm at RSL Park on Weld Street at Beaconsfield.
