Show creator and performer William Hall is currently on his third Australian tour, which will include a Tasmanian leg for the first time.
“You know what the fans expect. You can’t water it down, you can’t do that to Michael Jackson,” Hall said
“I get the most compliments about my singing.”
He will bring his show to Country Club Tasmania in late April.
The show features former Michael Jackson staff, singers and band members, including background vocals from Kevin Dorsey and Ken Stacey, who both worked with Jackson on Bad, Dangerous and This Is It tours.
They helped to make the show more authentic, he said.
“Fans always seem to react in a genuine way to Michael Jackson.”
He is an accomplished dancer, choreographer and singer who has been performing since he was three. “My work days starts as soon as I wake up.”
Expect to hear the classic hits and dance moves, he said.
The Texan didn’t call himself an impersonator as his tour was a full concert, paying tribute to an artist who he has loved from a young age.
