The application seeks to extend the boundaries of the heritage listed property to provide space to grow the necessary vines.
The proposed “high value” vineyard would supply 10 hectares of grapes to a wine producer from 2021, according to the application.
The total worth of the contract is estimated to be more than $500,000.
