The club is hoping to improve on its successful season, which has yielded five statewide series class wins, with a couple of championship blue plates.
About 25 Launceston members will be competing with cadet 9 driver Kahley Luttrell to make his state titles debut, while at the other end of the spectrum, Johnathan Males will take to the track for his 23rd championships.
The club has a couple of genuine chances in the cadet 12 class with reigning champion Toby Callow, William Blair, Ollie Richardson and Emilie Williams all capable of taking victory.
The TaG restricted light category will see Andrew Lee, Brodie Sward, Tim Piper, Paul Mckenzie, Calvin Broad, Nick Blackberry and Jonty Darcy all in the mix.
Caitlin Fitch is Launceston’s sole member in TaG restricted medium echelon with the club likely to feature prominently in the KA3 medium class with seven contenders.
Jackson Callow, Kurtis Love, Murray Dadson, Ellis Dickenson, Connor Griffin, Johnathan Males and the ever dependable Zane Wyatt will all be at the pointy end come Sunday’s final.
Alastair Lee heads the TaG 125 light list alongside new senior graduates Lochie Dalton and Tate Frost, former state titleholder Nathan Zuj and the fast-improving Ryan Jenkins.
Defending Tasmanian champion Troy Stone and Zane Wyatt will also feature in the TaG 125 heavy category.
