A LAUNCESTON company which had the rights to use the Ranbuild brand at it's four shed outlets in Tasmania has been placed into administration with unknown debts.TBC Tas Pty Ltd operated Ranbuild Launceston, Ranbuild Kingston, Ranbuild Devonport and Ranbuild Burnie. The company appointed Paul Cook and Associates as administrators on February 6.It is understood that the Launceston outlet, in Lindsay St, closed its doors on Friday and a number of contractors are owed a significant amount of money.A spokesman for Ranbuild, which is owned by parent company Bluescope Steel, said customers who had ordered sheds would not be out of pocket because Ranbuild would organise for a new dealer to take over TBC's owner rights.A meeting of creditors will be held at the Mercure Hotel, in Launceston, on Wednesday, February 18 at 1pm.
