Directly beneath his boat swam a humpback whale.
In six metres of water, Mr Austin was busily doing some mental arithmetic as he nervously watched the whale to see if it would swim upwards.
As truly tech savvy fisherman, Mr Austin snapped a couple of seconds of footage.
