Rock band Baby Animals, The Black Sorrows and 1927 will join Farnham and Braithwaite on the tour, which will play in Launceston on March 24 at Country Club Tasmania.
Farnham will celebrate five decades of performing when he takes to the stage next year.
Tickets for the first touring festival, with queen of rock Suzi Quatro headlining, have already sold or are close to capacity.
Promoter Duane McDonald said the return of Farnham was by popular demand.
“Audiences loved seeing John Farnham as part of the 2017 sold out tour,” Mr McDonald said.
“It is going to be a massive summer … Look out, it is going to rock!”
Tickets are on sale for the Launceston tour leg at 12pm on Thursday through Ticketmaster.
