Mr Eslake will speak about interest rates, currency, housing, household debt and infrastructure spending, with a particular focus on Tasmania.
The update aims to support Tasmanian farmers and their advisers to create more adaptable and profitable businesses.
Corporation Southern Regional Panel chair Keith Pengilley, said the update would stimulate farm business growth.
“Many farmers in this state are keen to take their businesses to the next level, and the potential certainly exists for them to do that,” Mr Pengilley said.
Other speakers include Jason Lynch, Phil O’Callaghan, Cam Nicholson, Judy Wilkinson, Ian Ware and Neville Brady.
The Farm Business Update is at The Tramsheds, Inveresk between 9am and 3.45pm on Thursday, August 17.
