The picnic area and walking track were damaged during the June floods.
Repairs included a track re-route of the assets in the lower Liffey campground, construction of a new road bridge on the upper Liffey access road and reconstruction of the roadway, such as culvert installation and gabion works.
The works were part of the state government’s $8.7 million commitment to repairing flood damaged roads.
