Undefeated Tasmanian Netball League ladder-leaders Arrows were too strong for Cavaliers handing the Northern side a 61-28 defeat at the Silverdome on Saturday.

The reigning TNL premiers were far too good all night after an even start in the opening quarter – Arrows a little cleaner with the ball and pulling away late in the term for a 15-9 lead.
Cavs were flat-footed at the start of the second quarter allowing Arrows to pull away to an 11-goal lead, despite their defence working hard to create turnovers and opportunities for their attacking end – Arrows ahead 28-16 at half-time.
Arrows showed its composure and experience in the third quarter pulling away to a 20-goal lead, 43-23 and extending that in the final quarter in a dominant performance to win by 33 goals.
In the 19 and unders, a great team effort with contributions all over the court saw Cavs come away with a 47-37 win with Shannae Heazlewood Player of the Match.
