Based at Perth, the distillery has built up a strong reputation in the six months it has been operating.
In that time, the unaged new-make whiskey won bronze at the Australian Distilled Spirits awards, and they were visited by international whisky blogger, Holly Seidewand, who described their unaged whiskey as “the best she has ever had”.
The distilling duo of Adam Saunders and Adam Pinkard show no signs of slowing down, with a recent infrastructure upgrade meaning they are now producing more spirits than ever from their shed.
Mr Saunders said the improvements to the equipment were a testament to the quality of their product.
“We’ve had magnificent support from some independent wholesalers who have been very interested in what we make,” he said.
“On the back of the awards we won, we were able to increase production.”
