The 28-year-old North Launceston coach has played four-consecutive matches since missing round 2 with a rolled ankle and a slightly interupted pre-season.
Couch was a dominant figure in the undefeated Bombers’ win over Glenorchy at KGV on Saturday, earning maximum votes for the player of the year award and catapulting him into third overall just seven rounds in.
“I’m starting to get used to it now, obviously it’s a different type of brand from what I’m used to back home, you’ve sort of got to get your own footy,” he said.
