A baby girl has been rushed to hospital after she was allegedly repeatedly beaten by a 27-year-old woman at a home in sydney's west.

The Prairiewood woman attacked the 11-month-old with a pole, leaving her covered in dark red welts.
Emergency services were called to the home on Clegg Place just before 8.40am on Sunday morning, following reports of an assault.
An older woman, aged in her 50s, was caring for the baby at the time of the attack.
Paramedics treated the baby at the scene before taking her by ambulance to Westmead Children's Hospital in a stable condition.
Police arrested the 27-year-old woman at the house and took her to Fairfield Police Station, where she was charged with a total of five offences, including assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
She was refused police bail and is due to appear in Parramatta Local Court on Sunday.
