Seven of Launceston Art Societies member’s will exhibit a body of their works for Artists’ Stories.
The annual exhibition has previously been called Artists’ Rooms, because each artist is given a whole room to display.
Exhibition coordinator Carlene Bullock said all the works were very different.
“We’ve tried to hang the works in a way that shows their differences. You don’t want things to be bland,” she said.
“We’re really pleased with the diversity of work, even just one artists’ work has a lot of differences.”
The works range from paint, to watercolours, oils and inks, with some mixed media.
On Artists’ Stories opens on April 23 until June 18. Entry is free. The gallery is open between 10am until 4pm.
