The 322-game North Melbourne and St kilda player and three-time All-Australian will line up for a Launceston Toyota Legends team against a Launceston Football Club side in an exhibition game from 6.30pm.
Blues coach Sam Lonergan said each side will have about 11 players on the field at one time and play two 20-minute halves.
Launceston regulars Jay Blackberry, Nathan O'Donoghue, Chris Savage, Joe Boyce, Hamish Leedham, Jake Smith, Georgie Hill and Lonergan will take on a composite legends side featuring former Blues greats Scott Stephens, Sam O’Keefe and Beau Green.
Dal Santo, 33, will also feature in a Q&A and barbecue post-match.
“It’s really good to have someone of Nick’s calibre at the club and in the state offering his services – it doesn’t happen very often down here,” Lonergan said.
