Sanders Frith-Brown was accused of mismanagement, cruelty and aggravated cruelty.
It was alleged he neglected sheep while he was in Bermuda in 2013.
Magistrate Simon Brown found in court on Wednesday that Mr Frith-Brown had given appropriate instruction to his staff to look after his animals while he was away.
