Winning the toss and opting to bat first, openers Cassie Esam and Amy Beutel got Longford off to a great start with a 41-run partnership.
A quickfire 22 from Curbishly late on took the team total to 2-224.
Having chased down more than 200 runs in their semi-final, ACL were full of confidence.
However, after a bright start by openers Dimity Newson (29 and 14) and Sara Wilkin, the team’s innings went downhill.
Cherie Jenkins (3-5) and Sophie Johns (3-7) both recorded excellent bowling figures off their two overs and ACL were unable to make significant inroads in chasing down the score, finishing all out for 146.
The TCL thanked all teams that took part in the Female Boom competition and Cricket Tasmania for supporting and promoting the female competition in the North.
