A celebration of all things goats will descend on Launceston this weekend when the Dairy Goat Association of Tasmania hosts Goatfest Tasmania.

The association will showcase all of the best breeds from Tasmania and there will be a miniature goat display for the young or the young at heart. The miniature goats will be on display for the first time this year.
The day will bring together Tasmania’s leading breeders, industry experts and associated companies who are all involved in the goat industry.
The Tasmanian Food Company will also be at the show to welcome visitors with their amazing range of goat milk products. A soap competition will also be held.
Goatfest will be held on February 26 in the horse pavilion of the Launceston showground 10am-4pm.
