After match day one, Hobart Zebras, Olympia Warriors and Devonport Strikers all sit on six points but that will change when defending champions Devonport meet Olympia at Warrior Park.
Devonport’s new coach Chris Gallo will see another chance to gel his new look squad, with seven first team players from last season having departed.
Once again the Warriors have been the hype side of the preseason, with a host of big names signings as they look to overhaul their squad following a disastrous 2016 campaign.
Launceston City will be frustrated to have come out of week one with just a single point after letting a 2-1 lead slip in a 3-2 loss to Devonport before coming back from 3-0 down to draw with Kingborough.
After taking on Zebras they will duel with cross-town rivals Northern Rangers, who will be looking to bounce back after a last minute goal cost them a point against Olympia.
Both Launceston sides produced periods of quality football in week one but need to tighten up at the back.
