Forestry advocate eyes Bass
Mr Lucas, who ran unsuccessfully four years ago, said he was inspired to have another tilt following the rise of One Nation at the federal election and the anti-political correctness “vibe” he had begun to notice socially.
He said a recent complaint lodged against him by former Australian Greens leader Bob Brown for a perceived homophobic slur had also encouraged him.
