Event director Stacy File said a total of 40 brewers would be on show at the Esplanade site.
She said the ice cold beers would be complemented by live music from Josh Pyke and Bob Evans, The Potbelleez & Bombs Away, and the comedy stylings of entertainers Greg Fleet and Chris Franklin.
Van Dieman Brewing director Will Tatchell said he would be presenting a new summer India pale ale, which had a tropical taste, along with other favourites.
