The doors of the Charles Street outlet swung open on Wednesday making it the second in the state after the Bonds Hobart store opened 18 months ago.
Pacific Brands retail and international general manager Kate Hann said the success of the Hobart outlet encouraged the business to establish itself further in Launceston.
While some of the Bonds range is already available in stores such as Myer, Ms Hann said the outlets offered a full range experience for customers.
“Not all stores hold our apparel and activewear ranges and I think that's really nice for people to get the full offer under one roof,” she said.
“Also particularly in this store we offer things like our Berlei and Jockey ranges so that way they get a full breadth of our product offering. We also offer [bra] fitting services.”
The store will open seven days a week and is located at 106-108 Charles Street, Launceston.
