TRAFFIC in Launceston's CBD was disrupted for about an hour today following a two-vehicle crash on the corner of Brisbane and Wellington streets.

Launceston Police Acting-Sergeant Cass Breadmore said a Mitsubishi Triton was heading south on Wellington Street, with the Subaru heading east along Brisbane Street, when one of the cars ran a red light.
Acting-Sergeant Breadmore said police were still waiting on video footage to determine which car had run the red light.
There were no serious injuries from the accident, with the driver of the Subaru taken to the Launceston General Hospital hospital as a precaution.

POLICE are on the scene of a two-vehicle crash on the corner of Wellington Street and Brisbane Street in Launceston.
The crash occurred about 10.30am.
A Tasmania Police spokesman said there were no serious injuries.
Tasmania Fire Service and Ambulance Tasmania are at the scene.
