Freeman, of Launceston store Balls 'N Bumpers, was the winner of The Examiner’s business footy tipping competition.
The prize included a travel voucher from major sponsor Helloworld valued at $3000 presented to Jane by Baden Brown from the company’s Launceston store.
Jane said she would love to go to Canberra to see its zoo but was also thinking of an overseas trip.
In a thrilling climax to the competition, Jane and fellow front-runners Phil Lethborg, of Lethborg Funerals, The Examiner’s Corey Martin and Jacob Reynolds, of Bellamy’s Organic, all tipped Sydney to win the grand final allowing Nic Pennington from Taswood Joinery to celebrate the Bulldogs’ victory by claiming second place.
His runner-up prize was a 9/11 Bottleshops voucher valued at $500 from the competition’s second sponsor, Vantage 9/11.
