Stage Right Youth Theatre is putting on the timeless classic, sweeping audiences along on a journey of magic, skullduggery and fun.
Actress Rhiannon Bone, who plays Wendy, said it is a playful show and a childhood favourite of hers.
“I just loved the whole belief that us children tend to have and if we believed that we could fly then we could,” she said. “Our feet don’t always have to leave the ground to fly, we can fly from our hearts and our minds.”
The production features 85 students, aged six to 17, who have spent two months rehearsing.
“Some of the students have been performing with me for 10 years, some of them are new and obviously the young students have joined us for the first time which makes the journey even more exciting,” Peter Pan director Danny Gibson said.
The show at the Princess Theatre on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at 7.00pm, tickets at the booking office.
