Fairbrother took out a number of prestigious honours for its work on St Patrick’s College and the University of Tasmania’s Institute of Marine and Antarctic, among others.
Mr Edmunds said he was proud of the group’s achievements and pleasantly surprised with the outcome of the night.
‘‘It’s really pleasing to win so many awards and to have the quality of our work recognised by the judges,’’ he said.
‘‘It’s a credit to the excellent people we employ for their commitment in striving to produce the best outcomes possible for our clients.’’
‘‘We’ve had a few exceptional projects with the University of Tasmania’s Institute of Marine and Antarctic and the Medical Sciences 2 projects that we expected to fair well.
‘‘But we were pleasantly surprised to see so many other projects win as well.’’
