There are 60 students involved in the production, with 45 students on stage, nine instrumentalists in the pit and six behind-the-scenes crew for lights, sound and special effects.
Some of the instrumentalists and back-up singers have come from Riverside and Kings Meadows high schools to take part.
Godspell was originally a book by John-Michael Tebelak, before being adapted into a musical by Stephen Schwartz. It is based on the Gospel according to Matthew.
The production is a rock musical, and was initially opened off Broadway in 1971 before playing in Australia in the early 1970s.
Godspell was revived on Broadway in 2011.
