The Triabunna wood chip mill inquiry has this morning proceeded despite possible legal action from current owners Jan Cameron and Graeme Wood. Committee chairman Lyons Liberal MHA Guy Barnett said he "won't be bullied" into certain options. Ms Cameron's lawyers contacted the committee last night and a statement by Mr Wood has been tabled. Mr Wood has asked the committee to halt proceedings. Mr Barnett sought advice from the clerk of the House of Assembly and the hearing proceeded, citing freedom of speech as the justification.
