The drug haul involved methylamphetamine, ecstasy and LSD.
Operation Crimson was launched in April by the Northern CIB.
It was set up to specifically target the importation and trafficking of ice or crystallised methylamphetamine, in to Tasmania.
Two firearms were also recovered in the bust.
Detective Inspector Scott Flude said six people had been charged in connection to the bust.
Police allege that $700,000 worth of methylamphetamine, $380,000 in Ecstasy and $1000 of LSD were seized.
