Pitt and Sherry planning manager, and former council development services director, Ian Abernethy and Shaun Willie will lead the discussion over the site's future use at a council policy and planning meeting.
Aldermen called for a review of the planning provisions and zoning of Techno Park in February after they approved a development application for a funeral parlour at the Kings Meadows site.
Techno Park was created in the late 1990s to be Launceston's information technology hub.
It was to consist of four call centres and a childcare facility.
Just two call centres remain at the site and some aldermen have asked that Techno Park's specific area zoning be reviewed with the belief that its original purpose is no longer relevant.
Aldermen will also discuss a proposed cut to council funding of Northern Tasmania Development.
