Tasmania Police is investigating reports of dangerous driving between Ross and Campania yesterday afternoon.

Police say that a green Nissan Pulsar hatchback was being driven in a dangerous manner and evaded police several times on the Midland Highway.
Sergeant Simon Clayton said that witnesses reported the vehicle being driven erratically and overtaking on the left-hand side of the road.
A mobile device recorded the vehicle travelling at 147kmh.
Police sighted the vehicle again at Colebrook about 5pm yesterday and it was intercepted at Campania.
The driver of the vehicle fled the scene.
“In one weekend this is the second concerning report of drivers prepared to travel at speed with total disregard for the road rules and the safety of others on our roads,” Sgt Clayton said.
Police would like to hear from anyone who was travelling on the Midlands Highway or Mudwalls Road yesterday afternoon has any information relating to this incident to contact them on 131 444.
