Co-trainer David Brunton said that the plan was to send Royal Rapture and stablemate Come Follow Me to Victoria's leading trainer Darren Weir for winter campaigns.
``There are more options for them over there at this time of the year,'' Brunton said.
``They can go to Darren's stables at Warrnambool and have use of the beach like they do at home.
``They are both good in the wet so it's the right time to go.''
Royal Rapture has now won six of his 18 starts and been placed nine times. He has never been out of the money on the synthetic track where he's had three wins and four placings from seven starts.
A placegetter in the Devonport Cup in January, the gelding was having his second start after a spell yesterday and was given a nice run by stable apprentice Kodie Grace.
He sat just off the pace before racing clear in the straight to score by two lengths. Grace joined the Brunton stable on loan from Victoria about two months ago.
