Criminal barrister Adrian John Hall, 39, had attempted to have 18 counts thrown out of court based on a lack of evidence.
Yesterday Chief Magistrate Michael Hill dismissed the no case to answer application.
Four counts were previously dismissed.
Mr Hall has pleaded not guilty to all charges, including three counts of common assault.
The matter will resume in July.
