O'Sign suffered the injury against Launceston in round 2.
But coach Zane Littlejohn said a final decision on O'Sign's return would not be made until after training last night.
``We won't know until Thursday but O'Sign is every chance and trained well on Wednesday and is really keen to play,'' Littlejohn said.
Zach Burt received a corkie last week and faced a fitness test.
He was reported last week for rough conduct against Jay Blackberry but accepted a reprimand as did Will McBride for a striking charge against Blackberry.
DEVONPORT regained Corey Plumbridge but lost Alex Dilger after he received forceful front-on contact last week from Hobart City's Jesse Wells.
Wells was reported and accepted a reprimand over the incident.
Beau Sharman also misses with a one match suspension for striking Rory Fairburn.
LAUNCESTON regains Beau Green for its clash against the Tigers at Windsor Park.
Green was unavailable due to work last week but will be a valuable addition with his skill and experience.
Blues coach Scott Stephens said Gary Shipton faced a fitness test for general soreness and could be rested.
``We're probably looking to debut another couple of kids which is exciting for the club and that will be number eight for the year,'' Stephens said.
Brennan Savage was named as an inclusion but Stephens said it was unlikely Savage would come back this week.
``We would like him to get another week's training on the track and see how he pulls up for next week.
``He's had three of four little injuries that have hampered his ability to train and to play out a full four quarters.
``We need him up and fit and on the field and contributing for the whole game because he is really important for the side not only with his playing presence but his leadership on the field.''
WESTERN STORM coach Mitch Hills has a strong list available for their road trip to West Park with the exception of Tim Jones who has school football.
He regained Braden McGee, Beau Tuthill, Roy Thomas and Trent Page and promoted Casey Young.
