The new sessional orders, passed last night, give the Greens two questions compared to the Opposition's seven and Liberal backbencher's four.
Question time provides the opposition parties with an opportunity to grill government ministers.
Leader of Government Business Michael Ferguson said the changes would deliver a fair and productive parliament.
''The reduction in the Greens' questions from three to two is a fair reflection of the reduction of Greens' members,'' Mr Ferguson said.
Greens leader Kim Booth claimed yesterday the minor party was being muzzled.
The Greens have also missed out on positions on all but one parliamentary committee.
