Peter Gary Brazendale pleaded guilty to trespass in the Launceston Magistrates Court today.
An allegation that he asked a wheelchair-bound woman for "a f--k" and tried to wheel her into her house was dismissed.
Magistrate Simon Brown recorded no conviction for the trespass and dismissed the charge.
Earlier, defence solicitor Alan Hensley suggested to the woman that Mr Brazendale was actually looking for the woman's husband, and his client had said nothing about wanting to have "a f--k".
In addition, Brazendale had previously pleaded guilty to two counts of having contravened the conditions of a notice, in relation to his bail.
Mr Brown recorded a conviction for these charges and fined Brazendale $200.
