The store, to be housed in the former Chickenfeed store on the corner of Brisbane and Charles street, will incorporate the company's three brands: Country Road, Trenery and Witchery.
Country Road Group chief operating officer David Thomas said works on the store will start later in the year.
``We are hugely excited about the opportunity this brings to Launceston which we see as a key Australian market which is currently under provided for in the fashion space,'' he said.
Country Road last had a Launceston store about 25 years ago in the Brisbane Street Mall.
The business announced a record net profit of $37.95 million for the six months to December 28 which it attributed in part to growth in store numbers.
