Sexpo, the third longest-running event in the country, will take over the Princes Wharf sheds in Hobart from April 4 to 6.
From amateur stripping and sexual health information, to brand- new simulation ride "the shafter", the adult-only show will be sure to raise some eyebrows.
Sexpo general manager Tracey Browning said there would be more than 100 exhibitors at the show.
"Sexpo is not just about sex, it's about sexuality and adult lifestyles," Ms Browning said.
"We are extremely excited and proud to finally come to Tasmania," she said.
The exhibition, which has been personally endorsed by Hobart Lord Mayor Damon Thomas, will feature international performers in all aspects of adult entertainment and will be hosted by comedian Russell Gilbert.
Ms Browning said she hoped the state would embrace the concept and "freedom" of the show.
"Tasmanians are some of the most forward thinking and liberal people in the country," she said.
