Rangers, who fielded several of its Victory League players to gain match fitness, took a 3-0 lead into the break, then piled on 10 more goals in the second half.
Yitay Towns and Harry Thannhauser scored a hat- trick each, Shane Brassington and Chris Collins both netted a brace and Adam Edwards, Dylan Headland and Sven Anderson all scored one apiece.
The opening 45 minutes between host Launceston United and Prospect Knights was heading towards a scoreless draw until Tim Roberts put away a long throw into the box on the stroke of half-time.
United was reduced to 10 men early in the second half when it had a player sent off for spitting at a Knights defender.
Zach van Asch scored after the restart with a long-range strike that caught United's keeper off his line and Greg Duffy drilled a shot in at the front post to put Prospect up 3-0 before Ari Levin put away the fourth.
Riverside Olympic's poor form continued with a 3-0 loss against Northern Rangers' under-18 - division 1 side. Olympic coach Wayne Penfold said his side dominated possession but could not penetrate Rangers' defence.
