Following a search of a rural property at Pelham in the state's south, police have charged a 56-year-old man with failing to report the killing of a person, and being an accessory after the fact to murder.
He will appear in the Hobart Magistrate's Court today.
Last week, police charged a 37-year-old Bridgewater man with Ms Eaton's murder.
Police also charged Gavin Daniel Hornberg, 37, of no fixed address, with being an accessory after the fact to murder and failing to report a killing, and Jonathon Paul Pearce, 36, of Bridgewater, with being an accessory after the fact to Ms Eaton's murder.
Ms Eaton was last seen alive on February 1. Police say that have now positively identified the remains found at the Pelham property as those of Ms Eaton.
