Justine was born and raised in Devonport. She has a Bachelor of Arts in History and Geography from the University of Tasmania, as well as qualifications from Murdoch University in Environmental Impact Assessment and Environmental Management.
She has worked in the television industry with Southern Cross Television and WIN TV in Perth WA and as an Electorate Officer for Bryan Green MP for 11 years. In this most recent role Justine helped the people of Braddon deal with a vast array of issues, including funding for community infrastructure and projects.
Justine’s greatest achievement to date at the Devonport City Council is instigating Energy Efficiency measures for the Council, saving the Devonport ratepayers hundreds of thousands of dollars.
