A 26-year-old Warrane man was arrested yesterday and a 24-year-old man from Blackmans Bay was arrested today.
Both are members of the Eastern Shore chapter of the Rebels Outlaw Motorcycle Gang.
They were charged with trafficking a quantity of amphetamine and cannabis.
Police will allege that the amphetamine - with a value of $234,000 - was imported into the country.
It will be further alleged that amphetamine and cannabis were distributed in Tasmania.
Both men have been bailed and will appear in the Hobart Magistrates Court at a later date.
Their arrests stem from the joint operation between Australian Federal Police and the Australian Customs and Border Protection Service.
Further arrests are expected.
