Ethan Wayne Nicholls, 22, of Bridgenorth, and Bianca Elizabeth Pyke, 21, of Punchbowl, allegedly broke into 21 vehicles since December 19.
The couple are also jointly charged with nine attempted car burglaries and 21 stealing offences.
Launceston CIB Senior Sergeant Detective Johnathan Higgins alleged they had broken into vehicles parked at the Mount Esk nursing home at St Leonards, a retirement village at Newstead and from cars at Heritage Forest, Prospect, Riverside and Legana.
The couple appeared in the Launceston Magistrates Court yesterday.
