The 13-man squad was picked after the recent Intrastate Cup series which was held in Launceston and will travel to the ACT on February 22 for the eight-day championships.
South Launceston's Lachlan Dakin and James Beattie will be joined by Riverside's Oliver Wood and Noah Mies in the side with three North-West representatives and six from the South.
The team captain is Dylan Hay, from Kingborough.
The Tasmanian team will be coached by Clinton Reid and assistant Darren McNeiss with Ben Smith the team manager.
The state side will play five one-day games during the championships.
``Dylan Hay played last year in this side as did Liam Devlin and we will look to them for the experience but for the rest it will be their first time representing Tasmania,'' Reid said.
