All funds raised from the community event at the Westbury RSL Club will go towards Cancer Council Tasmania.
Event co-ordinator Merrilyn Heazlewood said the breakfast had been held for about 15 years and each year profits were donated to a different cause.
She said club members visited the Cancer Support Centre in Launceston last year and were so impressed with the services offered, it decided this year's event funds would support it.
She said the breakfast would include eggs, bacon, sausages, cereal, fruit, juice and more.
"We have a rough idea of how much food we need but if we get more people than we expect, we can do a quick dash to the IGA," Ms Heazlewood said.
Cancer Council Tasmanian chief executive Penny Egan said without support from clubs like the Westbury Rotary Club, it wouldn't be able to support as many people as it does.
