THE ACL Cricket Club will again pay homage to two of its past legends on Saturday with a charity match in memory of Brendan "Crash" Barry and Leon Skeggs.

In its third year, the match at Brooks High School oval will raise money for Motor Neurone Disease Tasmania and Road Safety Tasmania.
In 2010, Mr Barry succumbed to motor neurone disease and Mr Skeggs was killed in a road accident in 2004.
Event co-ordinator Kerry Heyne said Team Crash and Team Skeggs would be made up of people closely associated with the pair.
Mr Barry's son Sean Barry and Stephen Howard will captain each team respectively.
"It feels like a grand final for me to play, even though it is only a muck-around game," Sean Barry said.
"My brothers and my step- brothers play and it is really good that everyone not only gets behind my dad, but `Skeggsy' as well."
Team Skeggs won the inaugural game and last year's encounter was washed out.
The match will start about 1pm after an ACL practice match and will be umpired by Launceston Alderman Rob Soward and Motor Neurone Disease Australia ambassador Guy Barnett.
There will be a barbecue and refreshments available.
Admission is free but Mr Heyne said any donations would be appreciated.
