Lucy was a registered nurse in Hobart before moving to Darwin to work on Aboriginal health issues. After travelling and working in the Asia-Pacific region, she returned to Tasmania with a young family to establish an organic walnut farm in the Tamar Valley. Lucy developed the farm into a fine food business.
Lucy has studied Anthropology and nursing and more recently Expressive Arts. She is a painter and a dancer.
With a background in the health sector, in agriculture, small business and the arts, Lucy will be a great advocate for the people of Bass.
