A vivid call to arms

In the aftermath of the blistering heat wave that swept Tasmania in January leading to some 40 bushfires, Michael Hall, Creative Fellow of The Climate Institute, shot a photo essay of powerful eloquence documenting the severity of the destruction. “The human stories captured in Hall’s photos represent the tragic reality of climate extremes and put faces to our research,” said John Connor, CEO of The Climate Institute. “The images are a vivid call to action.”
